Every two months we bring a large number of teenagers together to build the skills, projects, and lifelong friendships they'll need to take on the world – straight out of high school.
We work intensively every Saturday for 8 weeks to build something great and share the stories with a curated group of colleges, bootcamps, scholarships, and sponsors. Come join us.

At Factor, you'll work on real-world projects with experts like Alex from Snapchat, J.B. from Blue Origin, or Katrina from the San Antonio Spurs to find out what it's really like to be in their shoes.
Worried because you haven't figured it all out yet? Anxious cause you think you should have? Newsflash: You don't. Factor's here to give you all the time and opportunities to explore what life has in stall for you. Wanna go to college? Great. Wanna explore the world first? Or jump straight into a career? Also great. Let's stop living someone else's trail and start exploring your own.
With how many students do your teachers or guidance counselor work? 500? Even more?? Even if they care a lot, the time they can spend helping you get where you want to be is limited.
